Arsenal – Man United, Premier League Prediction
ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION FOR ARSENAL - MAN UNITED
Here we are going to watch a very big match between perhaps the two most successful teams in the Premier League era. There is no way we can not go back to those times, when the great clashes between Wenger’s big team 15-16 years ago and Ferguson’s “Class 93” in their peak were the Premier League brand. Around these legendary figures, we are now looking at a unique tactical match between two young and apparently good coaches. Both Emery and Solskjaer have already shown enviable skills many times during the season with their unusual ideas in matches.
Certainly everything about United is related to the euphoria of PSG game, but we can not forget the undisputed fact that they still have a huge number of injured players. Arsenal also had to engage in a heavy game in France during the week and had one day less to rest, because they played their match against Rennes on Thursday. Both teams are in good shape and play strong in their last games.
It is difficult to predict such a derby, but we choose Arsenal for a few main reasons. 1st, this is Arsenal’s last match against a top 4 team, which works well from a psychological point of view. 2nd, the Gunners have no loss at Emirates since the 1st round against Manchester City, and at home they have lost points only against Liverpool and Wolves separately. Third, we do not expect United to have the strength to play a new big match and take it with these players within a few days. And 4th, here the role of Ozil will be key. Ozil is weak, when playing against high-pressing teams. United are not such a team and are likely to defend, which means that the German will be the key to success for Arsenal. Prediction – Arsenal – Draw No Bet on 1.61.
- Arsenal have won eight consecutive games as hosts in the league
