Barcelona – Valencia, Copa del Rey Prediction

Barcelona played the season worthy in La Liga and even in matches with no big matter they collected good points, although it seemed how much more relaxed the team of Valverde is at the end. Barca’s big goal this season was the Champions League. It will not be won, but double would be a big success too, and it is expected to be serious invested in the team from Catalonia during the summer. Team rejuvenation and quality improvement are needed, but most of all in Barca are thinking about the future.

Valencia has achieved one of its great goals – entering the Champions League. Bats have been doing pretty well in recent weeks, and they have finally reached this fourth place, which is interesting because at the beginning of the Valencia season they were pretty bad. The season is by no means a bad one – a semi-final in the Europa League and an elimination from Arsenal, however, final for Copa del Rey with Barcelona and 4^th place. Of course, Valencia has something to improve the summer for sure.

We expect the Barcelona class to prevail in the case. We think the Catalans are too strong to accept surprises. Last year we saw that they defeated Sevilla easily with 5-0. Valencia has recently conceded goals and made defensive errors, so we can’t rely much on their defense game, and Barca almost always scored at least two goals, including only the most important games, of course.
