Manchester United – Leicester City, Premier League Prediction
ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION FOR UNITED - LEICESTER
Manchester United will definitely not have an easy season. After a 4-0 win over Chelsea, which impressed fans and shouldn’t have been so devastating on both sides, United only took 2 points from 3 games and did not play with Liverpool, Man City or Tottenham. The problems are of different nature, but mostly the players do not seem to have as much faith in themselves, and Solskjaer, as much as he has the potential, has no serious experience.
Leicester began to progress more and more under the leadership of Brendan Rodgers. The former Liverpool and Celtic manager has no loss since the start of the season with his Leicester, no doubt the team is playing good and his rejuvenation is going according to plan. Rodgers always liked to rely on young talents, speed being at the heart of Leicester’s style.
Expert view :There is no doubt that the match will again be extremely difficult for United and again it is unlikely that they will not congratulate themselves with success. They always do well against the Foxes, and the match will be Old Trafford, but there haven’t been enough games here to figure out how the Red Devils will perform. Last season, however weak they were in the league, they had almost no losses at home, but now in the second round they recorded one from Palace. We expect them to score at least 1 goal, but with the lack of important players, and especially Pogba, we think that the Foxes will be able to score, too. Prediction – BTTS at 1.72.
United have scored at least 2 goals in 4 of their last 5 games against Leicester at home
Leicester have scored at least 10 goals in their last 11 games in all tournaments
