Roma – Empoli, Serie A Prediction

The times for Roma are definitely bad. Di Francesco was sacked and his place was taken immediately from Ranieri. The wolves were eliminated from the 2 tournaments, in which they took part in a couple of weeks, and were broken by Lazio 1 week ago in the city derby. The drop in the Champions League during the week, coming after extra time and penalty at the end of the match for Porto, was taken rather heavily, and the whole club was extremely disappointed by the referees for another season. The Roma season can only be saved if they get in Top 4, which means they have to win now.

Empoli is one of the weakest teams in Serie A, and the things are definitely not going well for them this season. The danger of getting relegated is serious, though they are still above the relegation zone. Empoli, however, is one of the weakest Serie A guests. They rely mainly on their home games, and now they will have to face Roma without some important players.

Roma is not in such a bad shape nor playing so poor, but important matches have recently been lost.
