Rosenborg – BATE Borisov, Champions League Prediction

ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION FOR ROSENBORG - BATE
Rosenborg performed decently against BATE in the first meeting. The Norwegians still make some mistakes and are unconcentrated in defense at times, but that should be corrected over the course of the season. Now, however, they have to show the maximum of their capabilities. They had a break in Norway as they did not play a league game over the weekend, which means they have been training all week for this BATE match, and their form is good.
BATE are a stable team, although as a game they do not impress so much, but the Belarusian champion has shown repeatedly that in whatever form they can handle difficult challenges. For example, their victory over Piast Gliwice in the last round of the World Cup was rather a result of character of champs, and above all routine. They are used to being in similar situations.
Expert view : It is difficult for us to give a definite prediction for the match. We chose the goals because we have some idea how it would go. Certainly BATE will rely primarily on their defense in the beginning. As is almost always the case with a bet of 2 or 3 goals at 1.95, we highly doubt that there will be 4 goals. Rather, we hesitate between the line 2.5 and have the opportunity to expect at least a goal from Rosenborg. That would mean that they would qualify and BATE would never surrender, so it would probably second one from one of both teams.
There have been 2 or 3 goals in 5 of BATE’s last 6 games
There were 2 or 3 goals in 4 consecutive meetings of BATE in UCL
