Tottenham – Dortmund,Champions League Prediction

Tottenham proved many times that they have a huge class after they managed to win 4 consecutive league games without Kane and Alli, and in some of them they played without Son. This does not happen for the first time, of course. Spurs have 4-5 world-class players and the rest  are close to this level and that’s why we see them still close to the Premier League leaders. Let’s not forget how they played at the Juventus stadium in the first round of last year’s round of 16.

Dortmund had some problems in the last rounds and were so disappointed, when they drew with Hoffenheim as they were leading by 3-0, but the guests equalized for just over 10 minutes and so Borussia has only 5 points advance of Bayern. Obviously psychologically, there is already serious pressure there. Dortmund also got defeated in the German Cup after 3-3 in extra time and penalty shootout 1 week ago against Werder and before that they failed to win against Eintracht.

Obviously, this game will be extremely even. The fact that at Wembley this gives some advantage to Spurs and they will have to look for the victory. They are out of home cups so they can spread their forces in the remaining 2 tournaments. Tottenham have 1 clean sheet in their last 5 games, and the last 4 matches of Dortmund are BTTS. In general, both teams have brilliant strikers and it is logical to expect goals on the England-Germany axis. Prediction – BTTS at 1.70
